Years of craft

June 2026 marked the first year Norica Airguns exhibited at the Game Fair in France — and we did not come simply to show what we make. We came to put rifles in people’s hands and watch what happened next.

What is the Game Fair?

Held about thirty minutes outside Orléans, the Game Fair sits at the heart of some of France’s most prized hunting grounds. It is open to the public, and this year it drew more than 106,300 visitors.
They come to discover the latest hunting and shooting products — but just as much for the experience itself. Adults can test new rifles and shotguns in an enormous dedicated range for a fee. Above all, the Game Fair is a place that draws whole families.

The Norica experience
The Norica stand was not built only to showcase product. It was built to give families something to do together: a free Norica airgun shooting experience, open to all ages.

Over the course of the fair, more than a thousand visitors stepped up to the line and took aim — for free. For many, it was the very first time they had ever fired an airgun, or any rifle at all. For others, it became a friendly competition between couples, siblings and parents.

But the best part was never the numbers. It was the smiles.

Watching a parent guide a child through their first shot — and seeing that child hit the target with real accuracy — was the most rewarding sight of the entire fair. That moment, repeated a thousand times over, is exactly what we came to France to create.
